Sean Alexander brings more than thirty years of global business experience across operations, consulting, and entrepreneurship. He has advised organizations such as IBM, American Express, Humana, Burger King Corporation, the U.S. Army, and dozens of middle-market companies — while also owning and operating three successful businesses of his own. His work across five continents gives him a practical command of market dynamics, value creation, and what it really takes to help owners grow, scale, and prepare for a profitable exit.
Sean takes an intensely hands-on approach. He immerses himself in the day-to-day operations of the companies he supports, surfacing the real-world opportunities and operational gaps that show up later in valuations, M&A negotiations, and succession plans. His academic background — a Cum Laude Master of Divinity (MDiv), a Ph.D. in Philosophy, and a Master's in Psychology — sharpens his analytical lens and equips him to guide owners through complex decisions with clarity and confidence.
As Founder of ITB Advisory Group and Business & M&A Advisor at Iconic Advisors, Sean partners with clients across business consulting, mergers and acquisitions, and a full suite of life, health, and annuity insurance solutions.
